About Our Pastries
We are very proud of our baking at Victoria Station Cafe. Everything is home made, from scratch, in our kitchen. Christina handles the sweet stuff - the cakes, the cookies, the cannolis, and pretty much everything in between. I handle the lunch type stuff - the quiche, the spinach pie, the soups, and whatever I come up with at the moment! I also make a pretty decent pumpkin roll, too...and did I mention Apple Crisp?
We also very blessed to have Christina's parents helping out in the kitchen. Tony & Cynthia make the biscotti & pizzelles from his family recipe, and are never short of great advice.
Last but not least, our buddy Brenda is a budding apprentice and helps with all the important prep work.
